Post event round up - Hearts First Bike Ride, Worcester

help-a-heart2.gifworcester bike rideThe Hearts First Bike Ride took place in Worcester on Sunday 3 June and was a fantastic success with over 300 participants taking part in the event - making it the biggest year yet and the largest bike ride in the region.

The ride had a new start and finish location at Worcester Racecourse which created a great atmosphere with support from Wyvern FM throughout the day. Also new for this year was the challenging 45 mile route which atrracted many new supporters.

heartyIt was a very hot day but everyone returned with smiles to collect their goody bags which had kindly been sponsored by ‘Choose How You Move’.

We’re hoping that once all the sponsorship is in, the day will have raised over £20,000.

Thanks to everyone who participated - without your support we wouldn’t be able to continue our life-saving research. Thank you!
